I am here to tell you about how great dating websites are. I met my girlfriend on one of the many dating websites available. It's easy to spot these people however, as the text on theirprofilesusually read like a transcript of a not-so-soft porn movie. I personally avoid these profiles and their owners like the plague. When I joined dating websites, I knew what I wanted. I wanted a girl that I could settle down with long term, that had all the usual good qualities like the ones I listed about my girlfriend. I wrote all this down on the profiles on these websites, and then went on the hunt. I came across a handful of profiles that matched my criteria. The useful thing about dating websites is that when you talk to the person at first, they are not really there in front of you. This is great, as you get alot less nervous, and you can proof-read your messages before you send them, to avoid saying anything stupid. Once you've messaged alot however, then you will want to meet up in person. This can be dodgy, and I advise bringing a friend with you, or at least letting someone know exactly where you're going and when you should be back. This sounds like I'm a nagging mother, but grown men get murdered too! Anyway - the chances are, the person you meet will be exactly what you expected them to be like, due to your online chats.
